Terms of service
Last updated August 18, 2026. The actual terms, not a wall of boilerplate.
The demo
We build a real website using your company's public information before you pay anything. Building the demo does not create a contract or any payment obligation. You can decide not to move forward and owe nothing.
If you go live
Launching your site means paying the flat setup fee shown on the pricing page plus the monthly rate for your plan. There is no long-term contract: you can cancel monthly hosting at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees are for work already completed and are not refundable once your site is live.
What's included
What each plan includes is listed on the pricing page. Anything not listed there, additional pages, ongoing edits beyond your plan's allowance, or custom integrations, is scoped and quoted separately before we start on it.
Ownership
The content and business information you give us for your site is yours. The site itself, once launched and paid for, is built for your use on your domain. If you cancel hosting, we will discuss transferring the site files with you rather than simply taking the site down without notice.
Accuracy of your information
We build your site from what you tell us, public carrier or business registration data, and information you send us directly. You're responsible for the accuracy of anything you provide, including pay rates, service claims, and contact details that end up on your own site.
Changes
We may update these terms as the business grows. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
