Privacy policy

Last updated August 18, 2026. Plain language, no legal padding.

Who this covers

This policy covers TrueFlow Digital's own site (trueflow-digital.pages.dev) and the demo sites we build for prospective and current clients. Each client's own site may collect different information for its own visitors; this policy is about what happens when you interact with us directly, as a website owner or someone considering becoming one.

What we collect

The contact form on this site does not submit to a server. It opens your email client with the details you typed pre-filled, and nothing is sent or stored until you personally hit send in your own email app. If you email or call us directly, we keep that message the way any email or phone conversation is normally kept, so we can build your demo and follow up.

If we reach out to you first (cold email or a call, using publicly available carrier registration data such as FMCSA records), we keep your contact details and the status of that outreach so we do not contact you more than necessary and can honor an opt-out.

What we do not do

This site does not run analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising scripts of any kind. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing here that sets a tracking cookie. We do not sell contact information to anyone.

Opting out

Reply "unsubscribe" to any email from us, or tell us directly by phone or email, and you will not be contacted again. Requests are honored immediately, not on a delay.

Demo sites we build

A demo site built for a prospective client may include a contact or application form. Those forms route submissions to that specific business, not to TrueFlow Digital, unless we are also hosting inbox management for that client as part of a paid plan.
